For centuries now, we have accepted the “customer is always right” theory. And, to some extent, that may be correct. Customer service representatives can be a little too much to handle sometimes. Or even those that stand on the front lines dealing with people directly. They can be both good and bad. However, it would be unfair if we fail to mention the fact that some customers are just too much to handle as well. Being straight forward, they can be a pain in the ass. They take advantage of the “customer is always right” theory and eventually prove it wrong.
Here’s that story;
This one particular customer decided it was okay to harass a pregnant manager when they weren’t able to get what they want. When you request for something, you have to wait for the approval or the disapproval. You can’t just expect your request to always be accepted. But this customer wasn’t having any of it and thought being disrespectful would get the job done. Too bad everything doesn’t go according to how you want it to. But not everybody is sitting on the front just to listen to you complain and abuse. So, as a result, he was asked to leave on an immediate notice and we couldn’t be more happier about this decision. And obviously, with entitlement comes exaggeration.
Then, there is their favorite line; I want to speak to the manager!
Even though the manager was nice enough to extend the time a little, that didn’t settle well with this customer either.
It didn’t take too long for the customer to be abusive and rude!
She had had enough by this point and didn’t want to take any more of the harassing and abuses.
Good thing they took the warning and left.
Well, we are glad they got kicked out. Honestly, couldn’t be more happier than that. These kinds of customers do not deserve nice treatment and extra favors. If anything, they should be banned from everywhere. But, with their attitude seems like they will get themselves banned anyway and we won’t even have to lift a finger.
What we just don’t understand is how someone can be so rude to another human being. There is no point in fighting, being rude, harassing, and abusing just because you are not getting your way. Sometimes, these people just have to accept that they are not the kings/queens of the world and liable to all the entitlement that they have decided to take upon. We hope this is a wake up call for all those who have similar behavioral patterns or thought processes.
