Foreman’s A Stickler About Punctuality, Employee Wastes An Hour Of Their Time Before Quitting

It seems that quitting and wasting an hour of the foreman’s time is the wisest course of action when you are faced with the terrible reality of having a foreman who is a useless stickler with timeliness. In Redditor u/post DarthRaxius’s on r/pettyrevenge, they explain how they decided to leave a job after being scolded by their foreman for arriving no more than two minutes late. It sounds like the foreman went too far the last time this happened because the original poster chose to walk away and then returned to work for almost an hour for a meeting he had organized to receive even harsher criticism.

It’s apparent that this worker managed to reach rock bottom and made the appropriate decision to carry out this fantastic act of petty revenge. Anyways some superiors at any organization possess this kind of attitude just to keep up their hold on their employees although respect is always earned from the heart not by forcing someone or making them follow orders that are not appropriate. Well, the story here is a bit different but we are sure that it is petty revenge because OP made that sure by himself.

What are you waiting for gals and guys? Keep on scrolling down below to know what happened here, and make sure to read it to the end. Otherwise, you are not going to get the whole point here.

2. Commute can be a pain in the head, and I don’t think personally being late for a minute would be such a big deal. But for the foreman apparently, it seems like a sin, people need to be more empathetic toward each other.

3. Pointless arguments take you nowhere, it’s just like running in a circle all day long. Since the foreman was being so angry not even listening to the OP’s concern, why did he become late? It was better to leave at that point.
