Although the time is passing very quickly, everyone near us is getting old. It’s not common to see this natural process of aging in cartoons or comics right? Have you ever wondered or imagine what would these famous cartoon and comic characters would look like if they get old? Meet Lesya Guseva is a Perm-based Russian artist who has made it easy for us to imagine what would these character look like when they grow old like any other mortal person. This artist created a series of illustrations called “Pensioners” where she portrayed one of our favorite Marvel, DC and even Disney characters getting old and living their normal lives. This art is simply amazing. Have you ever imagined Thor making a little birdhouse for his grandson, Spider-Man knitting with his wife or Mickey Mouse celebrating their 90th birthdays at Disneyland. These illustration are simply excellent. The details are outstanding and they are quite hilarious. Lesya is an amazing artist, I wonder how much time she spends doing this amazing art. Well we never imagined what superheroes would look like when they get old. Now we finally know that they are going to be exactly like this. The illustration of Flash was quite hilarious, he was running away from nurse because he was too afraid of injections. Joker was wearing a bat signed underwear. This art is too good to be ignored.
