Working in retail can be a nightmare at times, but sometimes you come across a customer that takes things to a whole new level. And that’s exactly what happened to one phone shop employee in the UK.

She demanded a refund for a phone she had bought three months ago, insisting that it was no longer working.
Despite explaining the store’s policy on refunds, the woman refused to listen and became increasingly hostile. But things took a turn when the employee discovered that the phone was actually working perfectly fine, and the only issue was that the internal memory was full.
Suggesting a simple solution to the problem, the employee thought the matter was resolved.
