The obsession with TV shows is real. We kind of build a connection with the characters of the show and binge-watch the series we fall in love with. We wait for the next season of the show anxiously and when the new season is released, we make sure to end it in one night. What if your favorite TV show does not end well or exceed your expectations? Would not you feel bad? Because we do. The first season of True Detective received a huge success. It was thought to be the most powerful TV Show of that time but the show failed to maintain the quality content with the coming seasons.

4. Prison Break, (2005–2017).

If you talk about Dexter, it is considered the most disappointing endings of all time. The show had 8 seasons in total. The first season received praises but the last season disappointed the fans.

The first two seasons of the show impressed many people but by the third season, the show got boring and disappointed many fans.

The show revolves around several teenagers who have received superpowers. First 3 seasons were loved by everyone and ended well but the Season 4 and Season 5 were just a waste of time.

11. Once Upon a Time, (2011–2018).

12. Gossip Girl, (2007–2012).

Gossip Girl had 6 Seasons. The first season was admired by everyone and it was a huge success but with every upcoming season, the show continued to disappoint fans. The show lost its freshness and the ratings dropped.

13. 13 Reasons Why, (2017–2020).

Who is not familiar with 13 Reasons Why? We guess everyone has watched the show. The first season intrigued the viewers and it lasted on a great end. The show had total of 4 seasons. The rest of the 3 seasons did not make any sense and made the show boring.

The show was a great hit and maintained high ratings for several seasons but fans were not happy with the finale. The show had 6 seasons in total.

15. The X Files, (1993–2018).

The show about the FBI agents was warmly welcomed when it first came but season 9 caused outrage in fans. In 2016 and 2018, two seasons were released but fans were not happy with them.
