Employees do possess self-respect and sometimes they can not last even a day-long if the boss is really disrespecting them. This is a story about Reddit user u\/slightlyburnttoast who had to quit his job on the very first day of his work due to his boss who started lashing out at him for something he had not practiced yet. What was good to see was the response of various people who started commending him for his efforts of putting himself first. It’s because many employees think that they owe the boss something and cannot question or take action against the boss’s behavior but it is wrong. The boss, although being in a higher position, does not have any right to insult the employee or belittle him in any way. “No, you do as you’re told!!” is the world’s boss’s famous line and they can quote it whenever feel like it.<\/p>\n
This employee got scolded badly by his boss by giving hotter fries than colder ones for a customer. As petty as the issue sounds, the behavior of the boss was enough for the employee to leave that authoritative garbage then and there so he did. He went out before his boss could insult him any further. Scroll down till the end to know how other people suffered the same way due to rude bosses and what they did to survive it.<\/p>\n
