This boss got instant karma, OP is a hardworking, skilled person. He proved one too many times that he was worth affording employees for the company, but the boss didn’t see it. He made a decision out of anger which he is going to regret for the rest of his life. The OP got the results of his hard work in a form of a new job which actually pays a lot more than the previous one. Guess what? The boss is such a stupid person to fire him.
