And I truly mean it when I say insane. I understand that sometimes you can’t contain your anger, but it’s not acceptable to let loose when speaking with any type of employee. They are only there to do their job and not to listen to your complaints and insults. That is typical Karen behaviour. And you’d think that once someone tells them to stop, they’d listen, but they never do. And that is exactly what is happening in this instance.<\/p>\n
Karen, you see, was going mad over the phone call with the rental firm, cursing the manager mercilessly. After all of the employee’s efforts to resolve the situation, it was discovered that the folks on the phone had made a mistake and were at the incorrect address. Karen did not apologise and continued to act insane even after that. As you might expect, the manager was fed up with the nonsense and decided to take action.<\/p>\n
