Whether we like it or not, there is a lot of pressure to prepare Michelin-star meals. But no amount of planning, learning, or contemplation can guarantee that the feast goes off without a hitch. Many homes around the nation recently suffered from ruined ovens, burnt casseroles, and fatal turkeys.
