Unless you are bald, you will occasionally find hair in your food. And, while it may be repulsive to some, I don’t throw away food, especially when I’m at home and know the hair belongs to me. It is a different story when you are paying exorbitant prices to eat at a restaurant. Not only that but discovering someone else’s hair in your food makes you feel less hungry. As a result, it is not surprising that many people choose to return their food when this occurs.<\/p>\n
However, this results in the manager blaming an employee. I’m not saying it couldn’t be the employee’s fault, but you should think it through before blaming someone on a whim. And you should never let your personal bias play a role in this type of thing. Isn’t it better to make it a rule that every employee working on the line must wear a hair net or a cap to prevent this from happening again?<\/p>\n
