Most bosses are dreadful. If you are a boss and are reading this, please accept my apologies, but this is the truth. I believe that power does not corrupt them but rather reveals their true nature. The majority of the time, they wield this power like a sword, ruling over all of their employees. They also believe it is acceptable to treat their employees as second-class citizens, which is very frustrating.<\/p>\n
And, while you should never respond to their antics unless you want to lose your job, they do occasionally get their comeuppance. And it takes the form of online shaming.
