Some people are intentionally cruel to you.

I’m sure we’ve all met people who were rude to us despite the fact that we did nothing wrong. This is especially true in the workplace. You never know when a superior will start to despise you for something insignificant you did. That’s all because they get drunk on their power and only care about themselves. This means that they are usually only concerned with the bottom line and will fire you without hesitation if it means they will receive a bonus or a pay rise. People who work in the background, on the other hand, suffer the most.

People who are actually doing the work, on the other hand, do not have enough time to make a big show of it and convince others that they are useful. Higher-ups usually only understand it after the employee has left and they have to deal with the aftermath. That is the type of job the poster of this story held. He did all the little things related to technology that no one else at his workplace could. This made him an invaluable part of the time, but some people were oblivious to it. So, in order to demonstrate how useful he was, he devised a brilliant plan.

And you can find out more about his revenge plan by scrolling down.

I can tell right from the start that this is going to be one interesting story.

""

This person was called the helper but he did much more than what the company gave him credit for.

""

Most of the people at his workplace were illiterate when it came to technology so he helped out a lot.

""

And things were going relatively well for him until a higher-up came in who had it out for him for one reason or another.

""

He was here for something and at this point, no one knew what it was.

""

He apparently only took notes at every meeting and kept a close eye on the poster of this story.

""

But he quickly changed his tune and started being rude towards the helper.

""

But the poster couldn’t really understand what his reasoning was until he found some notes.

""

Apparently, he was here to fire people he deemed unnecessary and the poster of this story fell into that category.

""

At this point, he had enough and decided to do something about this sergeant who was lording over him.

""

He decided to take a vacation and stopped all of the automatic processes as well.

""

This meant that everyone was in big trouble since no one knew what to do when he wasn’t there.

""

As you can probably guess, he started getting calls from his work soon afterwards but he held his ground.

""

And that continued until he received an email from his manager.

""

In this email, his boss apologized for everything and urged him to come back.

""

It was clear to everyone that they needed him.

""

So not only did he get a raise but the infamous sergeant was out of his face as well.

""

Sadly, this kind of thing happens a lot but we can all hope it becomes better in the future.
