Some people are completely enamoured with Apple products.

And, while I don’t personally despise this brand, I can see why so many people love it. But that doesn’t mean this company is without issues. I’m sure we’ve all heard of the genius bar, where customers can have their products replaced or repaired. It used to be a friendly place where the employees were always willing to help. However, in recent years, higher-ups have made it increasingly difficult to get an appointment at the location when you need a repair done. It’s no surprise that their haphazard approach has irritated their customers.

That is exactly what this man was thinking. And, while the incident that sparked this rampage was minor, I understand where he was coming from. He just wanted his products fixed and didn’t like how everyone at the company treated him. We all have a limit, and when we’ve reached it, it’s easy to blow up. I’m assuming that’s what happened to this guy because he decided to burn the company, Apple to the ground and take it to court. He wasn’t expecting to make a significant impact on Apple, but he did want to teach them a lesson.

You can read about how he did it by scrolling down.

The story starts with the fact that this guy had worked for Apple before.

""

This little fact meant that he knew the ins and outs of how it all worked.

""

So when he needed to get his iPhone and MacBook fixed, he thought it would be a simple thing.

""

However, he didn’t want to change all of his passwords once again and thus lodged a form for that.

""

But that didn’t end up anywhere so he finally had enough and decided to file a case.

""

He did show up to court but he was surprised to see his previous manager.

""

Things continued on and he was given the chance to get his tech fixed which was all he had wanted in the first place.

""

But he didn’t end it there and decided to pursue the case because he wanted his money back.

""

The judge heard his complaint but only awarded him with half the amount which wasn’t satisfactory.

""

So he tried talking to Apple again but when they didn’t listen, he thought appeal was the only option.

""

Things were not going well for the manager but that is exactly what the poster of this story wanted.

""

It was clear that everyone at Apple didn’t think much of this guy.

""

And while in the end, he got what he wanted, the people at Apple were brats till the end.

""

If you didn’t read the whole story, here is a summary.

""

And for those who think this story is fake, here is a little comment that proves he is in fact telling the truth.

""

What are your thoughts on the entire situation? Do you believe the man went too far? And that he should have stopped once his things were fixed? Or do you believe he was correct?
