Everyone loves cats…even dogs.
We are very familiar with the world-famous rivalry between cats and dogs. It has been portrayed through stories, movies, cartoons, and so many shows that cats hate dogs and dogs feel the same way for cats. The hatred has been shown via comedy as well just to keep things light but the fact that the dog literally wants to tear the cat into pieces shows our views about their relationship are pretty clear. But what if I tell you that is not the case? That Spike wanting to rip Tom apart in Tom & Jerry is far from reality. You wouldn’t agree with me. I would have to provide you will robust real-world proof of a cat and a dog co-existing in order for you to believe me. And I have got just the story to do it. Maybe this will help change how we perceive the relationship between a cat and a dog.

This is Bubba who was rescued from Arizona over 6 years ago.

He was only 3 months old when he got adopted by his superhero, Rebecca Pizzello. Ever since the pit bull has been enjoying life to the fullest at this forever home. The dog is an absolute cutie who loves to interact with everyone and have fun all day long.
Bubba has a special spot for cats as he had spent a lot of time with a litter of kittens that his owner’s roommate had.

Given the time and how closely Bubba spent watching and being with those kittens, he deeply fell in love with cats. So much so that he was totally obsessed with the idea of him one day taking care of a kitten like its mother and Bubba’s mum, Pizzello fully knew about this.
Finally when the time felt right and Pizzello comitted herself to take on caring for a cat, she sent in an application to a rescue shelter near by to adopt a cat. Soon after, she adopted one and named her Rue.
As soon as Bubba laid his eyes on the tiny kitten Rue, he couldn’t contain himself.

It took a minute for Bubba to digest what had just happened. There was finally a kitten in the house, for him, just as he had dreamt, to take care of. He was the happiest living being on the planet that day and you know nature never denies a truly happy person.
Rue the cat and Bubba the doggie instantly formed an inseperable bond as the two adored each other so much right from their first ever meeting.

Bubba absolutely enjoys taking care of Rue like a protective Dad and Rue loves being, deservedly, spoiled like a little girl. It is now impossible to seperate the two.
I just feel so happy that Bubba managed to check a goal off his bucketlist and what a goal to check off.
We wish cuties the best life together. Rue, you just got yourself the best caretaker in the world in the form of Bubba.
