12 Cats Who Are Their Humans’ Alarm Clocks & It’s Hilarious

Who needs an alarm clock when you have a cat?

Cats can be lazy animals sometimes. They’ll just sleep anywhere they feel like. Cats have the tendency to sleep seventy times a day (a bit exaggerated, I know) but their sleep means a lot to them and a good cat person would let their kitties rest whenever they’d want without any disturbance. But when it comes to the person sleeping, you better be ready for them. They don’t like their humans sleeping and will do everything in their power to wake them up, either because they need their human’s attention or they’re just hungry.

There are two possible outcomes that you can expect when you fall asleep. The first is the cat curling up next to you and pretending to be asleep while cuddling their favourite slave, which is you. The second possibility is them waking you up, by all means necessary, such as licking your face, sitting on you, throwing things off shelves or counters and the list goes on. Not being able to wake up for work or college? Get yourself a cat, you’d be up hours before you even know it.

So here are 12 cats who will wake their humans up no matter what.

And with that, we conclude our list of fluffy alarm clocks. It isn’t easy living with a cat. Basically, when you adopt a cat, the house becomes theirs. You are now living in their house and abide by their rules. You will face the consequences if you break any of those rules. Even though it may seem difficult at first, it is definitely worth it. We love our cattos unconditionally so we don’t mind if they boss us around. That’s all for cattos today though. Does your cat wake you up in the middle of the night and early morning too?
