Cats love attention. They need it very often. Better if you provide it 24/7. They do not like being vocal about it, so you have to figure it out yourself. You should be cautious because cats can be very aggressive when they are not in the mood. You must know your cat well enough to know when they need your attention and when you are irritating them. Cats are very possessive of their owners, they act like little babies to get their owner’s attention. Most of the time, they purposely ruin their owner’s stuff because they are clever little things. They know it will attract their owner’s attention and then it will be directed towards them. They need their owner’s undivided attention, one way or another.

Cats become very possessive when it comes to their owners. If they are used to living alone with their owners, they become very violent when a new person enters the picture. Usually, cats are not very adaptive in the beginning, but their bond is buildable. They are very jealous creatures, they do not like their owners ignoring them for house chores or new people. They find it disrespectful and look at it as a threat if the new person is taking all of the attention of their owner and there is nothing left for the cats.
