Woman Asks If She’s Wrong For Ditching Vet After The Staff Misbehaved With Her

Some people don’t really care about their job.

Well, it’s a known fact that the customer is always right and when that customer has taken an appointment and they arrive on time, the employees need to give them full attention. It’s crazy to think that some people shrug off important work as if it means nothing. Now translate this experience to a pet clinic where the anxiety of your pet is at maximum levels and it is so cruel to keep an animal in the cage for a very long time while the people who’re supposed to take care of it are ignorant and careless. To places like that, we say, ”Avoid it like the plague.” Your pet doesn’t deserve to be treated like that and it’s inhumane to leave a sick animal without any attention. Your pet could get even sicker because of the environmental change and the limited movement space. So today, we look at a very similar story where this actually happened.

Op tells the Reddit community on how much she pays per month for an insurance plan for her cat and how she planned her day according to the cat’s checkup.

Op highlights her experience at the vet and how she and her cat both suffer from anxiety. There was a short line in front of Op and when it was her turn finally the nurse just brushed Op away like it was nothing.

The nurse went on about her break and this is where she seemed extremely rude to Op.

The nurse walked into the other room and started disrespecting Op further and Op wasn’t far behind from hearing what the nurse had to say about Op to her colleagues.

This was very concerning for Op as she either wanted the nurse not to look after her cat or if the clinic allowed Op to stay with her cat until the checkup was complete.

When Op called the manager to complain the phone at the front desk rang and the woman at the desk looked at Op very weirdly, admitting it wasn’t for the management but the store.

The cat grew impatient at this point and any cat would react the same way being inside a carrier. By this point, the entire clinic was at lunch and asked Op to wait for an hour.

Op was booked for next week when she asked the front desk lady to reschedule. Op cancelled her subscription and planned to move to a new vet.

And this is where the story from Op’s side ended.

Her story blew up.

This is what Reddit had to say.

Most of them sided with Op.

They fell in love with Op’s cat.

More people supported Op.

And this is where we conclude this article. Let us know your thoughts on this story. We personally think that if you schedule a checkup date, no delaying should take place as people have to arrange these things with their own work schedules or just life.
