We all love comics, especially the ones with amazing plot twists and dark humor. It is honestly the best kind of comic you will ever enjoy reading. Scribbly G is a 34-year-old digital artist, this South African comic artist has some really hilarious ideas to create interesting comics with an epic unexpected ending that will shock you every time. His comic panels consist of 3 to 4 panels usually but that is enough to give you some amazing content in such a small amount.
He started working 3 years ago and he has already reached 44.4k followers on Instagram. How amazing is that?! His work is neat, to the point, dark and straightforward. Exactly what we love about our comics. His work will either make you cry or it will give you a bellyache from laughing, there is no in between. Oh, my God! These were so funny and some of them really made me sad. I love Scribbly G’s art and sense of humor, it has the perfect amount of dark humor and cuteness in it. “I was hit by a car when I was 9 years old. Because of which I was in bed for a long time. I started making comics as a way of dealing with depression. I was on medication for a long time.” The artist explained how he got into making comics. “I did not want to live like that, so I decided to stop all drugs and try to find a hobby to bring some joy to my life. I thought about what I enjoyed as a kid, and what stood out to me the most was reading comics.“ As time flew by, he got more inspired and motivated to make some of his own comics even though he had zero experience. “I didn’t have much hope that it would help, but I was willing to try anything. I didn’t think I would still be making comics after almost 4 years but going back to depression or going back on medication for Fear of intimidation scares me into making comics. I believe comics saved my life.” Said the artist. Well, isn’t that beautiful? I love these comics even more than I know how meaningful each and every piece is for the artist.
