Don’t get me wrong, we love all cats equally.

But cats can be assholes sometimes. And it isn’t just me who is saying that. Any cat owner will agree to it! Yes, they are fluffy and adorable and we love to cuddle with them but they are evil on the inside. You’ll be giving them belly rubs happily and they will decide to scratch your skin off suddenly. Cats can be very unexpected. You will never figure out whether they are in the mood for cuddles or if they want to start World War 3.

Maybe messing with us or getting on our nerves is their way of catching out attention but some cats can just be straight-up mean. They know something is going to upset you and they will do exactly that on purpose. A Twitter thread started by @_cingraham discussed the world’s worst cats, and the competition is tough. Wow, I didn’t think cats could be this mean. I have two cats and they can be a nightmare too sometimes but these bad boys win this round. I feel like cats feed off our misery. They gain some sort of satisfaction from being chaotic.
