When a loved one dies, you just wish to get another glimpse of them…one more time.
Life is full of setbacks and realities that everyone has to face. Yes, I am talking about death. We all have to go through it and we all have to see others go through it. These others can be our loved ones, our parents, brothers and sisters, spouse, children, and even pets. It is very painful to see someone go knowing that you will never get to see them until after the end of time. When they are a loved one, it gets hard to cope with the loss, and moving on just doesn’t make sense anymore. That loved one can definitely be our pet as well. You treat your pet animal as your own baby and the bond that forms between a pet and its owner is indescribable, it is that perfect. And when you see that bond end, it does leave a dark mark on your soul and it is not easy to recover.
A person named Nathan Sonoras suffered the loss of their cat but his prayers got answered because his cat returned back to him hours after he had buried him. Yeah, now you are vested.

A few years ago, Nathan adopted a cat named Loki and the two gelled very quickly. He found his best buddies as a stray on a random street one day.
Loki absolutely loved staying outside and roaming the streets so Nathan would take him out and let him enjoy himself to the fullest and he would also be allowed to roam the streets all by himself at times because Loki was very well trained to return home back to Nathan once he was done.
In an interview with TheDodo Nathan stated that Loki is always up for snuggles and whenever the sweet one would want hugs, he would just jump on his lap and Nathan would know what to do next.
Unfortunately, one day roaming the streets Loki met a tragic accident that took away his life and that put an end to Nathan and Loki’s love story.
On April 15th, Nathan came home from work at about 5 p.m. and noticed a lifeless black cat on the road, when he got closer he realized his fears were true. It was Loki, he had been hit by a car and that was enough to end his life. Nathan confirmed it was his best friend by the markings on its coat. Nathan could not believe what had just happened, it felt like life all of a sudden had no purpose.
Nathan called his girlfriend who then helped him take Loki to their yard and that is where they buried him to rest in peace.
Nathan said he had no idea what to do, his companion had just left him. The pain of losing someone you loved so dearly is very hard to overcome and we can only understand so much what Nathan went through that day and the days to come.
The two looked so adorable together.
But the story was far from over. The story usually ends when you die but what if you don’t? That story continues. The forever goodbye didn’t last for too long as Loki actually returned back.
Nathan saw Loki sitting in the backyard, alive, after coming home from his stroll through the streets.
Sonoras was in absolute shock. So much so that he started screaming that his cat is alive and went to alert his Dad about it. His Dad was equally as surprised and confused as him, they had buried the cat just one night ago and there he was, alive and healthy, chilling in their backyard and no one had any clue about how this had happened. Nathan ran towards Loki, lifted him up, and started crying out loud while hugging him
Nathan couldn’t believe his eyes. He kept wondering whether he had just woken up into a parallel universe or did God just listen to his wishes and give him his Loki back?
Nathan soon realized that the car that they buried was not theirs, but someone else’s. They made efforts to the best of their potential to share the world about the cat they buried in hopes that they will find the original owners of the cat. The great news is Loki is alive, he is good, and he is still an outdoor enthusiast.
Loki has been enjoying life with Nathan every since and the cat has no idea what drama the family went through.
