1. Not on our watch…nope.
2. OP reprised a tale from a decade ago when he moved into an apartment with his now-wife.
3. Everything was okay except for one issue; parking. The couple had to park on the street because their upstairs neighbors had the rights to the garage and driveway.
4. OP would get BS tickets on his car. Parking on the street was not working well for him.
5. The couple decided to email the landlord in this regard and she told them to park wherever they wanted to freely.
6. The upstairs neighbors would park in the front yard so OP thought that would be a great spot for them to park their car as well.
7. The couple completed their stay and decided to leave the apartment at the end of their lease. When they went to the landlord for their security refund, they only got given half of it – just $700 out of the deposited $1500.
8. When the couple asked why the security was deducted the landlord said it was to compensate for the damage they did to the lawn by parking their car in it.
9. OP knew exactly how big of a drama was being placed because he was the one who cut the lawn’s grass.

12. The neighbors gave their consent. OP proceeded to sue the landlord for $1800.
13. It was clear from the beginning who was going to win the case. The landlord had no evidence to prove her stance while OP had all the proof he needed to get the green flag.
14. The judge asked the landlord if she really did allow OP to park wherever he wanted.
