Dogs aren’t one size fits all.
While I absolutely adore dogs, I can admit that I won’t be able to take great care of a dog so I don’t get one. But that isn’t all. Sometimes even if you get a dog with the best of intentions, it turns out the dog needs more help than you realize. It might be because the dog comes from a bad home or that it has suffered before. Whatever the reason may be, these sorts of dogs require some extra care. I am not saying that they don’t deserve a loving home, I just mean it is hard to take care of one if you aren’t ready.
And it is always necessary to train your dog and if it is acting aggressively then a special trainer might be necessary. All of that is to say that this doesn’t come cheap and it is okay to admit that you can’t do it. And that is exactly what this woman did. She went back on her ‘promise’ to her roommate with the dog when the doggo started to show aggressiveness. But the roommate thinks that she is being an a**hole.

The title makes it sounds worse than it actually is.
She was evidently very excited about getting a dog and promised to help her roommate.
Things were going well as the doggo was adorable and full of energy.
But that took a turn when another dog was introduced and he snapped.
She has tried to work on the dog’s behavior but nothing is working.
And thinks reached a breaking point when she got hurt because of the doggo.
She told her roommate that she won’t be able to help with the dog anymore as she was scared.
The roommate called her out on the broken promise so she asked the Internet for help.
I understand that she technically broke her promise but it isn’t as if she did it out of nowhere. The dog is danger to himself and others. They need to hire a special trainer to help the doggo. This isn’t good for anyone. And I don’t know why the roommate isn’t doing anything to solve the issue.
People were unsurprisingly on her side.
And most if not all called out her roommates behavior.
After all, it is her responsibility to take care of the dog.
And that means training the dog is necessary.
She can’t really sit back and hope that the problem goes away.
The dog isn’t the one wrong in this situation, it is the roommate.
I don’t know about reporting but the dog is a danger.
Time for some Halloween cat tax!
What is that defying gravity? Is it a rock? Is it a bat? No, it is bat cat!
What are your thoughts on this? Do you think she is going back on her promise and that she should stick it out? Or do you think the dog is a danger to the woman and everyone else around it?
