Employee Wants To Quit The Job, Company Brings The Most Insane Resignation Policy

Companies go understaffed because they do not care for their employees.

We have often heard employees complaining about the understaffing issue and that they are offering a good salary yet not getting any employees. Companies should start offering their employees a raise when they ask for it rather than offering a good salary when they decide to resign. They would implement stupid policies, would not give breaks to their employees and make them overwork which makes employees leave the job. One should be free to resign whenever they want to without any restrictions and policies applied on them by the company. An employee gave her resignation from her job and her company issued a notice that her salary would give back to minimum wage, her money tips will be taken and that she has to give a two-week notice. Her boyfriend shared the notice with the Reddit community. Scroll down to have a look at the notice given by the company.

The company should have dealt with this issue in a more professional way rather than sending a notice. She would have given a two-week notice if it was a mutual agreement but it seems like the company wants her to do it or else they would not give her salary and would probably fire her. well, the policy sounds illegal and OP’s girlfriend should do something about it. She should send this notice to the state wage and labor department. A lot of things would unveil then. Scroll down to read what the Reddit community thinks about it.
