The fact that I have written so many posts about bad bosses disappoints me because these guys will never learn. No matter how many times they are publicly shamed on the internet or the employees shame them in their faces, they are so blinded by their personal interests, god knows whatever they are, that they never learn the lesson. I hope one day they do.
