Finding a good employer is actually very difficult in this era.

Let’s discuss a very unfortunate matter that is growing at an unprecedented rate in our society. I mean, ultimately we are just going to take the mic out of it because that’s what we do but this is a genuine issue. Workplaces have been infected with very bad decision-makers. Employers are in no way ethical in terms of how they treat their employees. They often make their employees overwork just because they can. This sense of entitlement is causing a lot of unfair acts and this is directly impacting employee confidence. Employers would put forward obnoxious demands just because they feel they are superior enough to do so. No such thing as employee facilitation exists in these organizations and trust me, workplaces like this don’t survive for long.. And this isn’t something new, yes it has grown a lot in the modern era but employers being douchebags to employees has been a story to ears for a very long time. With that being said, there is no denying there are some very good organizations that abide by all the right policies and follow a structure where employees are respected and facilitated in a way that they enjoy working at the organization. As you can see, those organizations do wonders in terms of business success, profit-making, and value addition.

1. How exactly do they plan on motivating their employees to work efficiently with such posters?

I mean they are employees so they must’ve read and acknowledged all emails. You don’t necessarily have to reply to acknowledge.

This is seriously boiling my blood. They only think about themselves, their business, and personal interest. Poor employees are often treated like slaves and these posts are living proof of it. I hope these employers will soon realize that there is no gain in such an attitude towards the real asset of the company; employees.
