Guy Shares Hilarious Story About What He Regretted Teaching His Dog

Dogs are fast learners.

I think we are well aware that dogs can learn new things pretty fast. From pretending to pass away when you give them the finger guns to sitting when you tell them to do so, a good trainer can help teach your dog many new tricks. And while some people may not agree with me on this, training a dog is highly necessary. Cats don’t need a trainer since they can’t be prepared in any way but teaching your dog to be calm around people especially if they are anxious is an essential job for a dog owner.

However, that doesn’t mean that every trick you teach your dog will be appreciated by you later. I know this sounds weird but apparently, some dogs can take the reward training very literally and will do their tricks every day so that they can get their treat. It might be adorable the first time but soon you will be running out of treats. And sometimes a particular trick can have an unexpected consequence that you might not see until later.

I also made the mistake of teaching my kitty to scratch the door when he wants to go out of the room. However, now he jumps in my lap and scratches my chair rather than the door whenever he wants to be let out. And it is always a surprise because cats can be incredibly sneaky.

They sort of achieved their goal.

Well, what else is he supposed to do? Not bring socks?

Cats will do whatever they want and you can’t do anything to stop them.

This is why a fridge handle should have a cover.

Are you telling me that the kids didn’t want to play with a large german shepherd?

I can sort of relate, because my cat always wants attention as well.

Dogs are really clever sometimes, other times, not so much.

Honestly, I would do the same thing if I was a dog.

How does one sit pretty? That is the question.

Atleast she didn’t get on the coffee table again.

Child locks are needed for dogs as well.

My cat does that too but it usually isn’t painful.
