Karens are famously known for raising their voices for all the wrong reasons. When some ignore a Karen because logically they have no business with her, it is mostly the Karens who approach people and never the other way around, and they get extremely angry when they are not given the required attention. And this results in them losing their minds very quickly and doing stuff they shouldn’t do. What does that do, you ask? It gets the Karens in deep trouble.
In today’s story that is exactly what happened. Reddit user BurnAfterReading41 after completing his duty for the day decided to make a stop at a store to grab some steaks to cook and party with his friends. While he was selecting the meat, he got approached by a fully evolved Karen. She got extremely rude to OP for not listening to her. OP simply told her he doesn’t work at the store but when do they ever listen?
Things got heated between OP and Karen as she called the police on him and accused him of trying to s*xually assault her and everything. When the police officers arrived, they immediately recognized OP. That is because OP too was a police officer. It was at this moment Karen knew what a big blunder she had made.

1. OP never believed the stories about Karens that he had read online…until an event happened to him.
2. He is a police officer who is currently performing admin duties because he injured his leg in a chase once.

4. After completing his shift, OP decided to take a stop at a store to grab some food items.
5. OP is wearing a very different attire compared to the uniform of the store, so surely Karen hasn’t mistaken him for a worker…or has she?
6. Yes, she has.
7. How did OP instantly come up with that? Karen is bound to develop hate for him in no time.
8. Before Karen began lecturing OP for mistreating a customer, he let her know that he does not work at the store.
9. And the standard procedure, Karen now wants to see OP’s manager.
10. Woah, that would’ve caused her arteries to constrict.
11. I hope nobody fainted.
12. As OP got loud, Karen used a trickery of her own.
13. She kicked OP’s cane which caused him to lose his balance and he fell on the ground.
Just a soft reminder that this guy she put on the ground is a police officer. That is all I have to say for now.
14. The manager finally arrives at the scene and helps OP up.
15. She didn’t ask for him to do what?! Is Karen out of her mind?
Okay, this woman is getting out of hand. She is literally making stuff up. OP hasn’t even put a finger on her or anything. He only used a very loud and thunderous voice to confront her. I think the fear induced in her because of the loud voice made her last brain cell disintegrate. Such a behavior can only then be explained.

16. AM asked OP about the whole situation as he had just arrived at the scene.
17. And OP updated him with everything that had happened so far.
18. Karen, however, proceeded to make stories of her own trying to convince AM that OP is a bad guy…a predator to be exact.

Does she not know if the police find out the truth, what will happen to her?
20. The police had been called by Karen herself so OP and AM waited patiently for them to arrive.
21. Two police officers arrive and one happened to be OP’s friend. She asked OP about the matter.
22. Karen, you are in deep trouble.
23. Karen starts shouting her fake story again, this time to BC in order to convince her to not look at the security footage.
24. Who was Karen trying to fool? BC took AM with her to the security room to review the footage.
25. BC saw and heard everything very clearly in the footage and returned back to arrest Karen without wasting a second.
