Anucha “Cha” Saengchart is a cosplayer based in Bangkok, Thailand. He started his page on Facebook in 2013 by the name “Low Cost Cosplay” where he share all of his creations. He creates low-budget versions of famous characters. He created a low-budget version of Piccolo from Dragon Ball in 2013 and that’s how he started. People love his work and he has attracted 6.6 million followers on his Facebook page.
