Becoming a parent is a beautiful thing.
I admit that being a parent is a beautiful thing but I also agree that it isn’t for everyone. It requires a lot of sacrifices and it is not selfish to not wanna do that. I mean most countries are already over-populated so it doesn’t seem like it is a big problem to not have kids. I know a lot of people think that the main purpose of human beings is to procreate but we have evolved way more than that. And everyone has different reasons for not wanting kids.
Some people think that they wouldn’t be good parents while others just want more financial freedom and every reason is valid. However, a lot of the newer generation has decided to be child-free and that is a hard pill to swallow for older people. A lot of them are still stuck in their ways and it is hard to change for them. This woman is definitely a part of that group. Just because her daughter didn’t want to have kids, she took it upon herself to have more kids and blames her daughter.

Ofcourse, it starts with the age-old, I am Gen X thing.
I understand that everyone has the freedom to believe in whatever they want but this is taking it a bit too far. She is basically just blaming her daughter for not wanting kids. I am not surprised that she doesn’t want kids after being raised by a mother like this. If this woman wants to have kids at this age, that is perfectly fine but she needs to stop with this BS excuse. Her daughter can do whatever she wants and she has no right over this kind of thing. I can only hope that her daughter finds happiness and stay far away from her toxic mother.

I want to respect everyone’s beliefs but this is something else.

I used to think I was a millennial but apparently, I am not.
Many Millenials actually have grandkids of their own now.
That is actually quite hilarious.
Every generation has dumb people, it doesn’t matter which century you were born in.
It does seem like this is the case.
She would never accept this at all.
I can only hope that they have a good life and escape this woman’s toxicity when they grow up.

Don’t you just love the feeling when your new kitten comes to cuddle with you? I know I wanted to cry because of happiness when my cat came to me in my bed the first day I brought him home.
