Karens are quite stupid.
Karens have been called every name under the sun from entitled to obnoxious. However, something that a lot of people tend to gloss over is that they are also incredibly stupid. And the reason behind that is directly related to their entitlement. You see, people who think they are entitled to the best treatment also think they know everything and are always right. I would say that we are all humans and we all make mistakes.
I mean who hasn’t been through an instance where they mistook a customer for an employee? This has certainly happened to me and I am usually too embarrassed to say anything other than a simple sorry and laugh awkwardly. I feel like most ‘normal’ people take it in stride and apologize. However, the same does not apply to Karens. And they usually just dig their grave even more and end up embarrassing themselves. Although they have no shame so what can we expect?

So the poster of this story was wearing a uniform but it was different than what store employees wear.
They could have told her that they don’t work here but she was also being quite rude.
I feel like the manager is tired of having to deal with hundreds of carbon copies like her every day.
She apparently urged the manager to fire the employee and this is where it gets interesting.
The manager played along with the poster of this story and it was truly hilarious.
I only wish that I could have been there to see the look on her face.
If you had asked me whether this story is made up a few years ago, I would have said with 100% certainty that it was indeed fake. However, after seeing how a lot of people act, I have no doubt that these things happen. We have all seen thousands of Youtube videos where they show similar situations like this one and the Karen is always yelling. That is why it is so satisfying to see a Karen get her comeuppance. UI can only hope that she never returns to the store.
