2. OP works in a company of 650 employees and works in the HR department OP’s boss is the HR director moreover, OP worked here for 4 years and hasn’t received a pay raise for 4 years despite being promised by the owners and HR director
3. OP’s boss is hardly at the job and OP estimated she works about 25 hours per week while OP works 40 to 55 hours she even gets the work from home and OP was told she cannot get that because it’s only for high-level execs
4. OP is being exploited and the boss gets all the advantage because she’s married to one of their sons and OP is doing 3 4 people’s worth of work in a week
5. OP lacks a degree but doesn’t lack any experience and now she has gotten a chance to join a real team which would be paying OP better and she gets to work from home 3 times a week too
6. Now OP is quitting on Friday without any notice and she knows that the boss will be doomed because she has a vacation to Hawaii
