OP, who has has a legitimate parking permit for a liberal 2-mile radius in proximity to where they live, is facing a weird situation. Mysterious notes had consistently begun to appear at the windshield of their and other people’s cars accusing them of encroaching on someone else’s private parking spot. Here’s what OP did:
