This Sausage Dog & Seal Are Best Friends & The Pictures Are Too Wholesome

Friendship is such a special bond. It’s independent of race, ethnicity, social status and financial conditions. Two people become friends because they feel comfortable in each other’s company. They share an unspeakable connection that allows them to speak their heart out to each other. They find the best in each other and help each other become the best versions of themselves. You know you’ve found a true friend when you don’t feel the need to put on a mask in front of them. You know you can be your true self and they won’t judge you. Your spirits are lifted and you prosper. A good friendship is nourishing. You feel at ease. If you feel like your friendship with someone is just taking from you and not giving, then that friendship drains you and you feel empty. At that point, it’s anything but a friendship. So, in a situation like that always try to free yourself from such a bond.

Friendship is a beautiful connection that is not only confined to humans; animals feel it too. Just like this adorable seal and a sausage dog. They became friends at first sight. Stanley the dachshund dog visited the Sea Life Trust Cornish Seal Sanctuary in Cornwall along with his owner Melanie Talbot. There he met this rescued seal named Aayla and the two have been inseparable ever since.

Take a look at their photos below.

Hello from the other side.

Ayala has been seen bonding and making friends with other dogs before, but when she saw Stanley she swam close to the window and kept swimming there. They both stayed there for about 20 minutes and they both posed for pictures as well. This is what the authorities at the Cornish seal sanctuary said:

“Aayla is often found by the underwater viewing, she absolutely loves interacting with people and dogs,” “We are often sent photos from our guests who have captured Aayla interacting with their dogs, so this isn’t the first time she has made friends with a dog, although she seemed to really love Stanley!”, explained Georgina Shannon of the Sea Life Trust Cornish Seal Sanctuary.”

Posing for the picture. Peace out!

Stanley is a 2 years old dachshund dog. He’s very friendly with other humans and dogs but Melanie had not seen him become friends with other animals before. She seems pretty amused by how quickly the two have bonded and this is what she said:

“It was so lovely and such a heartwarming thing to see. When I looked at the photo I captured, it just made me think that friendships can blossom in any animals – it was nice to see different species form such a bond.”

The owner further explained that these two seemed so happy that they were bumping their noses against the glass as if they’re whispering to each other.

Seems like they’re whispering something.
