My 3-year-old niece once sneezed and no one said “bless you” for some reason. In protest, she kept fake sneezing until someone said “bless you”. She finally got it on her 3rd fake sneeze. I don’t think she could’ve gotten in a fourth sneeze because her head started to get lighter.
