I really don’t understand why companies do such things. Now imagine if Jessica was that one golden star all companies want to have. There is a possibility had they hired her, she may have put in the most amount of effort one could possibly could and turn the company over into making millions of dollars. No, they do not think like that. They only think about the immediate gain and it always backfires.
