Sunning or basking, often known as sunbathing, is a thermoregulatory or comfort behavior employed by animals, particularly birds, reptiles, and insects, to assist raise their body temperature, and lower the energy required to maintain temperature, or provide comfort. We had been looking forward to summer for the entire year, with its pleasant weather, blooming flowers, and, most importantly, plenty of sunshine. Every species on the planet enjoys it and tries to grab every last ray of sunlight. And that’s well justified as it has too many medical benefits.
Defused, on the other hand, believes that some creatures are overly fond of the sun. Maybe it’s because they’re little extraterrestrials that require sunlight to recharge their batteries.
