Managers are the ones sitting a bit above in the hierarchy, doing things in the favor of what’s best for the company. Many times when the companies cut down on wages and employees to reduce their costs, they fail to recognize how some employees are crucial assets and play vital roles in the success of the company.
Managers get hired, try to act like everyones’ boss, while some others might also be nice, making decisions without running stuff through proper channels. This is one of those very stories where the manager doesn’t fail to get in their head and cause such a huge loss to the company.

Anywho, while some employees are loyal and like Jeff, some are the complete opposite, Rick is more like Jeff. Free donuts are a big NO, NO when it comes to set everyone right!
How dare Rick proudly try to own the OT that is not his, let him do what is feasible for him.

The audacity to straight-up neglect and dis-honor the others’ agreement is just too rude. Rick should rather be following the contract he signed up for than teaching others what to do. “Fine by him, Rick”, karma is gonna do its thing.

This just claims to show how companies come back crashing down. The company was at stake the minute Jeff was fired but they failed to realize how having good-hearted and loyal employees are important for businesses to run efficiently and have no issues play a role in messing things up.
