New Manager Gets Rid Of Closer, Store Gets Robbed

Managers are the ones sitting a bit above in the hierarchy, doing things in the favor of what’s best for the company. Many times when the companies cut down on wages and employees to reduce their costs, they fail to recognize how some employees are crucial assets and play vital roles in the success of the company.

Managers get hired, try to act like everyones’ boss, while some others might also be nice, making decisions without running stuff through proper channels. This is one of those very stories where the manager doesn’t fail to get in their head and cause such a huge loss to the company.

That sounds like quite an interesting story.

3 years sounds like a time well spent so far, the boss seems like a good team sport.

So far everything seems to be going well for him.

Len was a loyal employee, with all the effort and time put in, it was best for him to go spend time with his wife.

However, the workloads transferred to the other employees and had an apparent verbal agreement for increased pay.

I’m so sorry Jeff, sometimes employers need to know that employees are crucial assets to successful businesses!

Anywho, while some employees are loyal and like Jeff, some are the complete opposite, Rick is more like Jeff. Free donuts are a big NO, NO when it comes to set everyone right!

How dare Rick proudly try to own the OT that is not his, let him do what is feasible for him.

The audacity to straight-up neglect and dis-honor the others’ agreement is just too rude. Rick should rather be following the contract he signed up for than teaching others what to do. “Fine by him, Rick”, karma is gonna do its thing.

Do you, or do you not think that Rick deserves to have karma come to bite him back? I surely think he does, keep reading to find out what’s in store for him after his rude attitude towards the employees.

He surely handed over the responsibility to Rick, who claimed that he overlooked the OT and didn’t do his job right.

Therefore since he had it in writing, he laid back, started his day later, and ended his day earlier than usual. The irony, it’s all attitude and zero responsibility, Rick. Not cool, bro. Look how much damage is caused.

“Rick the prick” dug a hole for himself, maybe not even realizing what he has gotten himself into.

He was polite enough to allow those up in the hierarchy to cool off and then he pulled out the tricks up his sleeves. “Behold, karma, the 3-day old email”.

There are never enough hard copies, just in case you lose one, keep another 500 lying around your home and other secretive places.

The arrogance would now long be gone, Rick.

This just claims to show how companies come back crashing down. The company was at stake the minute Jeff was fired but they failed to realize how having good-hearted and loyal employees are important for businesses to run efficiently and have no issues play a role in messing things up. What do you think? I think he came through with all the ill-behavior Rick was throwing back at him. Let us know in the comments section below!
