Woman Helps Daughter Get Revenge On Stepdaughter Who Made Fun Of Her On Social Media

Blood relations are always prioritized.

You could side with both parties. For instance, the story we have got for you guys today includes a mother who hs her own biological daughter and is married to a guy who also has his biological daughter. That makes his daughter her stepdaughter and her daughter his stepdaughter. Read this again if you want to because this relationship is very important for you guys to understand. The point I am making here is that the mother and the father will both, naturally, be a little biased toward their own daughters and might not be able to pay as much attention as they do to their own daughters. Is this unfair? I would say yes. The children deserve love from both parents. No rulebook in this world tells you to prioritize one child over the other, even if you don’t have any blood relation with that little one. You forming a bond with your other half means whatever’s yours is theirs, and vice versa. That means their children if they have any, and your children should be treated equally by you.

Coming to today’s story in which there is no sense of equity when it comes to children. Reddit user throwawayils is a mom and a stepmom. Recently her stepdaughter went out with her aunt to have a nice meal at a fancy restaurant. They didn’t ask OP’s daughter to tag along and this annoyed her. In order to take revenge, she took her daughter out and the mother-daughter pair spent some quality time together. Her daughter then does the same thing, posting pictures of the outing on her Instagram.

Soon after, OP gets yelled at by her husband for not taking his daughter with her.

Scroll down below to read the whole drama in which both parties want to prioritize their blood-related daughters.

1. Diana went out to dinner with her aunt and cousin and Gia (OP’s daughter) wasn’t invited.

2. So OP decided to take Gia on a day out and the two enjoyed themselves.

3. But the husband didn’t seem to enjoy this outing because he felt they ignored Diana.

4. Her husband argued OP shouldn’t care about what his in-laws do, she should know that he treats both girls equally. But should she ignore the in-law’s unequal behavior toward the girls?

5. Husband, according to me, decided to become a diva and left the house with Diana to go stay at his brother’s house.

Obviously, a very irrational response from the husband was to go stay with his brothers and he also took Diana with him. So much for equal treatment. Does he not know how bad his stepdaughter would’ve felt? Too much hypocrisy from what I have understood.

Redditors had quite a few questions to ask and OP answered all their queries:

6. Diana’s mom was nowhere to be seen and that’s because she had left her life right when she was born.

7. For some reason, OP’s in-laws just couldn’t stand Gia having a good time.

8. This seems like a lost cause given how unequal the family is when it comes to fairly treating the daughters.

9. She’s married to OP because he is actually a good person.
