Woman Wakes Up To Find A Random Cat Lying In Her Bed Like It’s No Big Deal, Gets Adopted By The Cat

One of life’s best pleasures is waking up next to a cute kitten. Whenever you own a cat, at least. And when that cat is the one you wake up next to every morning. Otherwise, it is more like a humorous joke from life. Just ask Jacey Jonnson, who found it amusing and perplexing when she woke up and noticed a weird cat staring at her.

Onnson, a resident of Canterbury, England, is a loving parent to one cat and a foster mother to two others.

She assumed it was one of the black and white cats because there are two of them when she groggily discovered one in her bed one morning.

But when she finally managed to shake off the last traces of sleep, she saw that the small cat lying next to her was not one of her own. It was a small stranger who crept in and settled himself in her bed.

Jonnson’s amazement at waking up next to an unfamiliar cat was understandable.
The little cat, meantime, was curled up on a pillow, his head resting on it, and he was nonchalantly staring at her, as if it were the most normal thing in the world for him to be there.

Jonnson was initially very perplexed as to who the little cat was and where he had come from, but she soon realised that she knew where she had seen him before. He had been loitering outside her apartment complex several times, she recalled.

The small cat, whose real name is Felix and whom Jonnson dubbed “Flearoy,” had visited and entered the homes of several of her neighbours. He was obviously a very curious and sociable small cat.

Jonnson brought the cat outside after solving the mystery. Felix, though, continued to use the cat flap to enter the house. He wasn’t in any immediate need of returning home.

Jonnson then turned to Facebook in an effort to track down his owner, and her post has now received hundreds of shares, likes, and comments. The humorous incident has definitely delighted people and made them laugh out loud.

The letter did reach Felix’s owners, who arrived to pick up their mischievous cat. His family claims that he and his brother are both quite the young wanderers who frequently set out on challenging expeditions.

Felix settled into Jonnson’s home and even got himself to some water from the toilet while he waited for his family to fetch him up. Felix is not the only stray cat that Jonnson has encountered in her home; once, up to six cats managed to enter through the cat flap in a single day.

Jonnson said that cats frequently try to enter through the cat flap when it is raining and that she may need to modify it to a microchip-sensitive kind.

Although we’d love to hear more outrageous tales like this one, that does sound like a great idea.

Felix is now secure in his home, but before we know it, he’ll be off on wild new adventures. We can find all the beautiful Felix-content we could ever want on his family’s Instagram, which has been set up for him by those of us who have fallen in love with the little rascal.
