Service dogs are rarely sold.
That is understandable given the time and money required to train them in a specific skill. People get service dogs because they need assistance, so wouldn’t it be counter-intuitive to then sell your dog for a pittance? Karens, it appears, do not consider this. I never thought Karens were smart, but this is a new low. We’ve all read hundreds of stories about entitled people who believe they can get anything they want by making others feel guilty, but it never ceases to amaze me how generally stupid they are.
What else can I say since Karen thought it was a good idea to message a stranger on Facebook and basically ask them to sell their dog? To put things into perspective, this person wasn’t selling anything in the first place, but she tried to make them feel guilty about her child not receiving a service dog. Not only that, but the sum she offered was laughably small. It wasn’t a good idea in the first place.

The title pretty much sums everything up perfectly.
The conversation started out simple enough and the Karen was just praising the dog.
However, things quickly delved into the weird territory when she asked for a price.
She even offered an amount that was clearly way too low.
Whether her son needs the doggo or not is none of this person’s business.
I’d like to think this is a hoax, and many people seem to agree with me. However, whether this particular conversation is real or not is irrelevant because these kinds of things do happen, and Karens like these do exist. I’m sure we’ve all had to deal with an entitled Karen who thinks blackmailing us is a good idea in our messages. And they are constantly praising the virtues of their child. I can only hope they learn their lesson, but I have my doubts.

I don’t want to believe it either but sadly, these kinds of things do happen.
The Karen deserves to be shamed for her behaviour.

She probably does but Karens generally don’t care about facts.
She just thought she could get away with being like this.
