You cannot blame a baby for puking because that’s what babies do.
Babies are the cutest things to exist. They fill your home with happiness. A new mother held a baby ceremony after her daughter was born. She invited her family and friends to the event. One of the original poster’s cousins was also invited to the ceremony. She is a banker and lives with her parents. She has expensive taste and wears expensive clothes. It was her turn to hold the baby and when she held the baby, the baby puked on her blouse. OP’s cousin returned the baby to her mother and ran off crying. She went to her car and spent the whole night crying there. OP went to apologize but she didn’t listen to her. OP’s mother gave her one of her shirts so she could change.
The next day OP got a call from her mum telling her that her cousin’s mum wants her to reimburse the cost of the blouse which was £1800. Scroll down to know if the original poster paid for the blouse which was ruined by her one-month-old baby.

We all know babies puke. Alice was not a child that she wouldn’t know that babies puke. She created a family drama at OP’s baby ceremony for a blouse. She can ask for a dry clean but asking for reimbursement is a big deal. Well, a baby’s puke does not ruin a dress completely. It can be washed and it will be perfectly fine but seems like Alice is an entitled and self-centered person who kept crying over a blouse for the whole night.
6. Was OP ready to pay for the blouse to be dry-cleaned?
