Bosses can be terrible but I had no idea they could be this terrible.
Going into the corporate world every employee wants to land a job that provides them financial security and then a stress-free environment that keeps them motivated to work beyond their full potential. Unfortunately, the reality is far from this. There are so many workplaces that are led by the most terrible leaders. They don’t even deserve to be called leaders. These are horrible bosses who exploit their powers to make life hell for their employees. Their purpose is not to achieve long-term success for the business, their purpose is to make an immediate gain. And trust me such a policy has never worked out.
Bad bosses can do some terrible things but what this one did is actually beyond me. I never thought they could be this insensitive. Let me ask you something before we get into the story. If you become the reason for somebody getting injured, would you immediately take them to the hospital? In an ideal society, I am going to assume the answer to be “yes”. But not in today’s story. One day this employee arrived to work and realized their boss had brought with him their dog which was unleashed. That aggressive dog ended up biting the employee and also got cursed by his boss for it. Wow! The wounded worker then wanted to go to the hospital (as a sane person would) but his supervisor made him sit in the office and didn’t allow him to leave until he finished his work. Where is humanity?

2. Can you bring your dog to a new place where it doesn’t know anyone and doesn’t even put a leash on it?
3. The dog showed signs of aggression and without any leash, everyone on that floor was in danger.
4. Employees kept asking him to take his dog in control but he refused to put the leash on.
5. And it happened. The dog bit OP and wounded him.
6. The boss finally put the leash on his dog but for some reason blamed OP for this event.
7. Are you guys checking this supervisor’s audacity? So sad.
Can you guys actually believe what you read? I didn’t. This sort of behavior is so incorrect. What makes me feel even terrible is that no one raised their voice when the supervisor didn’t allow the OP to go to the hospital. We demand a change but we don’t want to be a part of the process. I am sorry but after reading what happened with this employee, I don’t see any hope for a bright future.

What do you guys have to say about this? Can such kind of inhumane behavior be allowed in a society that is now so well aware of its rights? We know very well the difference between what is right and what is wrong. God bless us. This was so bad!
