If a boss ever tries to assault you, file a police report against him for assault.
A boss has no right to assault, bully or abuse you sexually, emotionally or verbally. A boss should act professional instead of acting like a child. Today’s story is about a woman who has worked for two years with her toxic and abusive boss. She worked for two years because she was on call 24/7 and this is the reason she did not find any other job. OP’s boss is a narcissist, unintelligent, unethical, unreasonable, short-tempered and abusive. He used to get mad over little things. For example, he would argue with the salesman for 30 minutes for not wearing the shoes that he approves of. This toxic boss wants everything according to him. One day, OP and her boss were in a disagreement about something, OP was done with his shit and told him that she is taking sick leave. The boss got furious and began to strangle OP. OP fend him off and escaped the situation. OP filed a police report against him for assault.
