Artist Creates An Inspiring Comic About Owner And Dog That Will Hit You Right In The Feels

This comic is going to keep you on your toes.

Comics are an amazing way to explore for both the writer and the reader. The way of creating a comic series or a strip is so unique. It’s a very bright, vivid, and colorful experience that keeps the reader engaged. The uniqueness about comic strips is that very few words are used to explain what is happened. The real support comes from the imagery, the illustration. That is what explains everything. And here’s another way to look at it. Comic artists usually don’t write much because they want their readers to be interpreters of the stories they create. This method speaks volumes about the personalities of the readers. Their reactions to the endings would say a lot about what kind of a person they are. And that is what makes comic creation and reading such a fantastic process.

For a reader, comics allow them to showcase their full potential. Although, it is perceived that comics are very generic and there’s always a hero who wins at the end. But, that is not true. In today’s world where creating comic strips or books is so easy with the invention of digital media and heavy investments in visual arts, comics are coming in left, right, and center, all the time. And with the help of social media, you don’t have to spend hefty amounts on publishing your work to the world. It is now absolutely free. Now if you sum all this up, this means more and more comic artists are now capable of showcasing their work to the whole world, and this has resulted in that generic wall breaking down. The ideas, the imaginations, the creativity is so good, no one would’ve imagined such a bump in the comics industry a couple of decades ago.

Speaking of comics, today we’ve got a motivational comic for you guys from a 27-year-old artist called Tum Natakorn Ulit.. The Thai comic strip creator loves color and that is clearly shown in his comics. His colorful comics are usually inspired by his personal experiences, and all the lessons he has learned so far in his life. A list, that ends only when life does.

He likes putting a twist on his bittersweet tragedy comics. And the god gifting talent that he has makes every reader invested till the very last strip. It is not easy to hold onto your tears while enjoying his work. But isn’t that what tragedy is all about. It should be conveyed in a way that the person listening to reading it should feel the pain both visually and physically. That’s what makes an artist, an artist.

Ulit has created some great masterpieces. Today, I am going to be showing you his latest comic. Braveheart.

Let’s get back to the strips.

33. The whole beating doesn’t demotivate this kid this time. This time it sparks a new light within him as he tells his dog, “You know buddy! A policeman isn’t gonna come to save us every day. We have to stand up for ourselves. We have to be strong and do what that police guy did for us. We need to make sure what happened to us today, doesn’t happen to anyone else.”

34. “And WE WILL…”

35. “…DO IT!”

36. And they continue to fulfill their purpose. The dog and the kid are now part of a task force that rescues little kidnapped children.

37. “It is better for you walk right out of where you came in. If you want these kids alive.”

38. The motivated kid in his heart loudly says, “This stuff doesn’t work on us anymore…” BOOOM!!!

39. “Come on kids, let’s get you home. And listen. Never for once think that it is over until it is actually over. Okay? Stay happy and stay motivated. Life has a bag full of goodness for you all…”

And that is all. The kid succeeded at his purpose and his companion doggo was right by his side, as always. What an amazing, emotional comic. I’ve used up about 2 boxes of tissue paper and I would love to know what number you guys are at.

Such a great lesson provided by Ulit. Demotivation is not the way at all. You have to stay committed. Life is going to put you down, that will always happen. At least once in everyone’s life. You get a taste of that defeat, that hopelessness. But, that does not happen for you to stay on the ground. That always happens for you to get up, shrug it off, and keep looking out for your purpose because ultimately it is going to come to you. And then, your motivated self is going to spend all your might and life achieving that purpose. Wow, Ulit. You’re a hero in my eyes.

I hope you guys loved the comic strip and I hope my commentary was sufficient enough to get you guys going. I tried. Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments down below. And you can view more of Ulit’s work via the links shared at the beginning of the article. Stay happy and stay motivated!
