Customer Wants A New Steak Because His Steak Was Overdone, Gives It To His Friend, Won’t Pay For The New One

Everyone wants to dine at a fancy restaurant but one should be prepared to pay for their food. Some people use stupid tricks to get free food but they wouldn’t work every time. A head chef shared his experience with some of the entitled customers on Reddit. OP works at a place that specializes in steaks. 5 men came to the restaurant and ordered expensive steaks. After their order was served. The server came back with a complaint that the steak was overdone and that the customer wants a new one.

The head chef told the server to bring the previous steak back so they can make a new one. The server told the customers to give the steak back but another guy in the group told the server that if the food is supposed to go in the bin, then he can eat it. The server came back and told the head chef. This time the head chef decided to go to the customers. He went and told them if they want a new steak, they can pay for it. These customers just wanted a free meal and this is why they created this drama that the steak was overdone. If it was overdone, you should have just given it back and not offered it to your friend but these entitled customers had something else in their minds. OP failed their plan and this is why they were shouting at him.
