Who’s not a fan of Disney movies?

Do you know what’s the most conventional thing that can be seen and observed in all the Disney movies? Happy endings. They make sure that their fan base doesn’t feel sad about an ending and everything gets all good at the end of the movie. However, people are being fed the same thing over and over again and they want to see something unconventional but unfortunately, Disney can’t do that. That would definitely ruin the reputation of their movies always having happy endings

However, if we take a look at the sources of those movies, upon which they are actually based on, that’s entirely different than what we actually see. Disney sugarcoats those stories and turns them into something happier for us. In this article, we are going to take a look at the source material and what would have happened if Disney had actually decided to direct the movie according to the real story. Or real life.

1. The Little Mermaid

Imagine Little Mermaid’s tongue getting chopped off. Yikes!

Ouch. This one is pretty intense and violent!

This would have been depressing AF. So, I think it was a good decision to redirect it.

I never knew these stories are actually so violent!?
