Regardless of your interests being politics, economics, healthcare, or just flat out generic, you’ve probably had quite a few bad days this year. And I know what you’re thinking, there’s no way to make it better, but what if I told you that there was, in fact, several ways to make it better? If you’re not already in agreement, allow me to present an argument as to why. There are around seven billion people in the world, so therefore, we need at least seventy billion boopable snoots, ten for every person. This is our contribution.

It is no surprise that dogs are ridden with bacteria on their fur. It may seem icky, I know, but so are humans. Despite that, this is actually a good thing. Numerous research has proven time and time again that exposure to bacteria benefits the human body through strengthening immunity. Children that grew up with pets have also shown that they are less likely to get sick, develop allergies and have asthma, consequentially lessening absences in school due to health reasons.
