Our dogs come first.
If you own a pet, you would know that we treat them like our own babies. We would do anything for them. We will protect them at all costs, love them unconditionally, and give them the best life we can provide. We give them the best kind of food to provide them nutrition, we give them toys that will help develop their brain, and the dogs pay us back. How?
They love us back! Our pets are always there for us. They listen to us, they understand, and give us the best kind of comfort. Dogs are just like family. A woman on Reddit recently shared her exchange with someone who asked her to change her dog’s name because it was the same as her daughter’s. She doesn’t get how things work, does she? Read the conversation below:
The friend first announced that she will be having another baby.
Then she told her that it’s a girl and will have the same name as her dog.
The woman politely refused, which caused the friend to lose it.
But the woman still kept herself calm, God knows how.
I personally think it would be really fun having the same name. What’s so insulting about that? Besides, if you don’t like naming your baby the same as someone’s dog, just decide another name for your baby. She hasn’t been born yet, she doesn’t know. You can’t control other people’s lives. She seems very entitled.
This is what people had to say about the conversation:
No one took the other lady’s side.
It should be a good thing to name your pets after someone.
The dog deserves better.
Turn the tables.
You should be flattered.
The dog came first. He is senior.
