Working a job is not a pleasant experience. Unless you are extremely fortunate and have found a job that allows you to pursue your passion, it is not something that motivates you to get up early in the morning. As we grow older and begin our first jobs, we may discover that we have a lot of passion. However, it will gradually fade as things that used to bring joy become monotonous.
This is exactly what happened to me, and then burnout sets in. The cause is usually either a rude boss or extreme stress. Sometimes it’s because your coworkers are cruel to you, and you feel like you’re back in high school, complete with cliques. So it’s no surprise that when we discovered this Instagram page called “Employee Tears,” we couldn’t get enough of it.

#1 The art of eye rolls and sighs is something that you get better at as time goes on.

#20 Now that is the sort of person I want as a co-worker.
There is no reason not to know what other people are earning.
