Working a job is not a pleasant experience. Unless you are extremely fortunate and have found a job that allows you to pursue your passion, it is not something that motivates you to get up early in the morning. As we grow older and begin our first jobs, we may discover that we have a lot of passion. However, it will gradually fade as things that used to bring joy become monotonous.
This is exactly what happened to me, and then burnout sets in. The cause is usually either a rude boss or extreme stress. Sometimes it’s because your coworkers are cruel to you, and you feel like you’re back in high school, complete with cliques. So it’s no surprise that when we discovered this Instagram page called “Employee Tears,” we couldn’t get enough of it.

1. The art of eye rolls and sighs is something that you get better at as time goes on.
2. This is something very true and one that a lot more people can relate to.
3. Anyone who works in the service industry will feel this pain.

If you keep doing a job efficiently, managers will just keep adding more tasks to your already long list of duties.

It pains me when people actually take you up on it and then you have to smile and go along.

I would not even be logged into this site if I didn't have all my passwords stored somewhere.

They just want to show off the power they have over their employees.

There is no reason not to know what other people are earning.
