1. Time for some delicious and malicioue compliance.
2. OP grew up on a horse ranch. It was a huge property.
3. Someone purchased property right behind their fence and before the country road.
4. OP’s dad arranged a meeting with these news neighbors after receiving a law notice that stated thrir fence enroached the neighbors’ property line.
5. They demanded the ranchers push their fence back as they wanted to stay as far away from the country road as poesible.
6. OP’s dad was really pissed that the neighbors didn’t opt for internal resolution and instrad sued to have the hence moved back.
7. OP’s father waited patiently till the new neighbors built their house and shifted to finally initiated a big plan building up in his head that even OP had no idea about.
8. OP had no clue why they were buying fenching material and building suppliee but his dad knew exactly what he was doing.
9. The ranchers built a pen and a small enclosure right next to the neighbor’s new house and filled it up with pigs.
10. The pigs were put on a very specific diet by OP’s dad.
11. And this, ladies and gentlemen, was the master plan. The encolsure smelled of the worst smells one could possibly think of.
12. As soon as those smells entered through the windows of that shiny house the neighbors had just built, they freaked out.
OP’s Dad is a legend. I had no idea where this was going until OP explained the excrete of a ig smells of what it eats. Fron that point on, it was game over for the neighbors.

13. The legal couldn’t help the neighbors either as they lost the case to have the pig enclosure removed.
14. The neighbors would have to give in. The father will make sure the neighbors give in.
15. And it happened. The neighbors sold the house and OP’s dad wound up the whole enclosure as soon as they left.
16. In an edit OP shared his father tried suggesting many different ways to the neighbors to avoid going to the court.

18. He even requested if he could back the fence over time to avoid being hit with the cost all at once.
19. He even offerred to explore all options by doing a sitting witn concernes officers.
20. But the neighbors just didn’t want to settle for a common ground.
